About this course...
We Teach VHF in one day ! in London Webber st SE18EN, very Nr Waterloo Station.
No on- line all done with real radios in one day... Best way to learn real instruction
In order to come in line with European requirements the VHF course changed in January 2014. To get the VHF/SRC Licence you must now be examined by a independent assessor.
With other schools Its possible to do the VHF lesson by “on line” learning !
Then you will have to attend a classroom to take the exam !!
We at Hamilton sailing don’t like this way of teaching we believe learning "face to face" is the very best with REAL equipment/radios and a Yachtmaster Instructor to bring it all to life! We know time is important to you, so we are doing the LESSON and EXAM all in ONE day.
We limit class numbers to achieve this.
We use the very best ICOM , Simrad & Horizon VHF radio training equipment
Complete the course in one day and you're qualified for life !........ Course cost £135pp
Note: After your successful completion of the exam there is a £70 certification
admin fee payable to the RYA on the day.
Marine VHF radio usage is changing and everyone who goes to sea should be capable of operating a VHF radio effectively. It is also a legal requirement that to use a VHF set you must hold or be under the supervision of someone holding a VHF license.
Course duration 7hrs+exams
This is a MUST have to charter in the Med and at home!!
